The initial interview is of vital importance. It gives us the chance to meet and decide whether we would like to work together. It is important that there is trust on both sides. We will discuss what your objectives are in wanting to travel to the United States and examine the various visa options open to you. This will involve a detailed consideration of your educational and work background.

For those wishing to set up a business in the United States, we will examine the necessary financial requirements acceptable to either the United States Citizen and Immigration Service (USCIS) or the Embassy. Please note that the requirements of the Embassy are often different from those of USCIS and it requires someone who has extensive dealings with the Embassy to advise you properly. You will also be provided with likely time frames for obtaining a particular visa which often varies depending on which area of the United States you wish to live in.

The cost of an initial consultation is £195 (+ VAT) which can be either paid online before the consultation or immediately after the consultation. If you instruct me within 30 days of the consultation this fee will be set off against any further fees.
