This
visa category provides humanitarian help to victims of person
trafficking, such as being brought to the U.S. for commercial
sex by coercion, fraud or while under 18 years of age. Also
included are persons brought to the U.S. for labor or service
induced by force, fraud or coercion such as involuntary servitude,
peonage, debt bondage, or slavery.
