Classification for aliens using the Visa Waver
Program (VWP). The VWP relieves a qualifying alien from the
burden of obtaining a tourist visa. Duration of stay is 90 days

B-1 and B-2 tourists without a visa for up to 90 days. Millions
of tourists use VWP each year. WP aliens may engage in activities
approved for B-1 and B-2 aliens, with the same limitations.
Designated countries are: Andorra, Australia, Belgium, Brunei,
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy,
Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, New
Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Under different
rules visas are not required for Canadian citizens.
